Working closely with the CEO, Board and various team members we:

  • Ran a series of brand workshops with both the board and employees to articulate what the new brand needs to represent with the shift in organisational strategy
  • Developed a brand strategy that clearly defined what the brand stood for
  • Developed brand architecture to help stakeholders navigate the brand while maximising clarity, synergy and leverage
  • Developed a new brand identity that has been rolled out across various applications, including their new office space and website
  • Developed brand guidelines to ensure the brand is consistently applied
  • Workshopped and developed organisational behaviours aligned to the brand values
  • Developed various brand assets to bring the new brand to life
  • Developed a communications strategy
  • Developed the new website, providing content and creative oversight of web design and development

BACKGROUND

Established in 1958, the Oppenheimer Memorial Trust is a philanthropic organisation that invests in education, arts & culture and social justice. Following a rigorous research project in which the organisation defined a new organisational strategy to better serve the sectors they support, OMT needed a complete rebrand to align to their new direction, while still honouring their heritage.
