OUR APPROACH

Working closely with the CEO, Board, in-house design team and various other employees we:

  • Ran a series of brand and EVP workshops with both the executive team and teams located across the globe, supplemented by extensive desktop research
  • Developed a brand strategy that clearly defined what the brand stood for
  • Developed a compelling EVP to help attract and retain great talent
  • Oversaw the development of the new corporate identity as creative director, in collaboration with their in-house design team
  • Developed copy for their new website and worked closely with their design team to bring it to life
  • Developed copy for their EVP booklet, job roles and handbook and provided creative input to the design development

BACKGROUND
